Morning:

• Step 1 — Exfoliating Cleanser: Apply to damp skin, massage for 60 seconds, rinse thoroughly.
• Step 2 — Vitamin C Serum: Apply 3–4 drops to clean, dry skin. Allow to absorb fully (60 seconds).
• Step 3 — Balancing Moisturiser: Apply a pea-sized amount and blend over face and neck.
• Step 4 — SPF 30+ (your own): Always finish with sunscreen in the morning — Vitamin C increases photosensitivity.

Evening:

• Step 1 — Exfoliating Cleanser: Double cleanse in PM if wearing SPF or makeup.
• Step 2 — Balancing Moisturiser: Apply to lock in overnight hydration.
• Step 3 (2–3× per week) — Hydrogel Eye Patches: Apply under-eye, leave for 20 minutes, remove and gently pat in residue.

Yes. The Exfoliating Cleanser is formulated at a pH level and glycolic acid concentration suitable for daily use. If you are new to acid cleansers or have very reactive skin, begin with evening-only use for two weeks before transitioning to twice daily.

Avoid combining with other high-concentration AHA/BHA products in the same routine to prevent over-exfoliation.

We recommend keeping these actives in separate routines. Use the Vitamin C Serum in the morning and any retinol product at night. Both are potent actives and combining them in a single application can cause irritation, redness, or reduced efficacy.

For general maintenance, 2–3 times per week in the evening is ideal. For intense depuffing (e.g., before an event), the patches can be used on consecutive evenings. Do not use more than once daily. Store in a cool, dry place — refrigerating them briefly before use can amplify the depuffing effect.

Yes — the Balancing Moisturiser is specifically designed with oily and combination skin in mind. The inclusion of niacinamide helps regulate sebum production, ceramides restore barrier function without heaviness, and hyaluronic acid provides lightweight hydration. The formula is non-comedogenic (it will not clog pores).

• EU Zone 1 (France, Germany, Netherlands, etc.): 4–7 business days

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us at hello@vishphabeauty.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters fulfilment, but we will do our best to help.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law after delivery — see our Returns Policy for details.

First, check your tracking link (sent to your email on dispatch). If your order is past its expected delivery window and the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@vishphabeauty.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Irish VAT where applicable. For customers outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We comply with IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) requirements for EU cross-border shipments under €150.

You have the right to return any order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Products must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the product is faulty or not as described. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

• 1. Contact us at hello@vishphabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• 2. Receive return instructions — we will send you a return address and any labels required within 2 business days.
• 3. Package securely and return the item(s) in their original packaging.
• 4. Receive your refund — once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at hello@vishphabeauty.com within 7 days of receipt and include a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, as required under the EU Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods, using the same payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days after processing.

For standard change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent product, we will cover all return shipping costs. In that case, we will provide a prepaid returns label.
