1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Ireland, Monday to Friday (excluding Irish public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT/IST) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and all European Union member states, as well as selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Please note: Delivery estimates are indicative only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, postal disruptions or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers. Tracking information will be provided where available.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum spend threshold. The current threshold is displayed at checkout and may change from time to time without prior notice. Free shipping applies to standard tracked delivery only and is calculated after any discount codes are applied.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For shipments to the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We are unable to predict or advise on the level of these charges, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@vishphabeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your contract and return your order within 14 calendar days of the date you (or someone you nominate) physically receives the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as transposed into Irish law by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
Important: The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or had their sealed protective packaging removed cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, unless the product is faulty. This exception is permitted under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal or to return a faulty or incorrectly dispatched product, please follow these steps:
Email hello@vishphabeauty.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions.
Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging where possible and post them to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. The refund will include the original delivery cost (standard rate), unless you chose a premium delivery option, in which case only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@vishphabeauty.com. You will be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or exchange, and we will cover any return postage costs. Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1893 (Ireland) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) are not affected by these Terms.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are faulty:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Products purchased as part of a gift set that has been opened.
- Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper storage.
